Making the Day of the Customer-ICICI Bank case Award against ICICI Bank by banking ombudsman

I had posted the case of ICICI Bank debiting by SB Account wronglyconsequent to credit card payment which they had misplaced. Thebanking ombudsman, Chennai had directed the ICICI bank to refund theamount to me. I still have faith in Indian constitution and theIndian laws. Nobody is above the law. The legal fight is not yetover but just a beginning.
